Terms of Service

• Your files stay yours. We only use them to do what you ask.
• Only upload files you have the right to use.
• Files are deleted within 24 hours, so download anything you want to keep.

• Petal has daily limits so it stays fast and free for everyone.
• Don't use Petal for anything illegal or harmful, to process files you have no right to, or to attack, overload or reverse engineer the service.
• We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Petal uses AI, and results can be wrong or incomplete. Check important documents before you rely on them.

Petal is provided as is, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost files, data or any indirect damages from using it.

Pro is billed monthly in advance through Razorpay (India, INR) or Dodo Payments (international, USD). Cancel any time from Settings and you keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires, or if you were charged by mistake: email aryanfeb17@gmail.com. After heavy use in a billing month, Pro edits may use standard processing until renewal. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

You can stop using Petal and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may change or discontinue features, and we'll update these terms here when we do.
